2009 Salute to Our Troops
Update 3-11-2009
(check back for continued updates) |
On March 18, 2009 Salute to Our Troops (Houston Texas), underwritten and organized by Donor Friends, will honor and embrace our military community with a spectacular program.
Held during the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, "Salute to Our Troops Celebration” will kick off at 3:30 pm, at Reliant Park Kids' Country stage (east side of the Reliant Astrodome, next to the Ford exhibit).
We invite and encourage everyone to join us – the general public, military personnel and their families, veterans, military discharged, HLRS members, family and friends. Come out and show your red-white-blue patriotism. Shake the hands of troops, their families and military guests.
The family-centric experience is designed to express appreciation to our troops and their families who demonstrate selfless dedication and service to our country. |
